I received my matcha samples yesterday and I've just had my first one this morning, I chose to have the caramel I didn't do anything fancy with it I mixed one sachet with 40ml water in a shaker I have and then topped it up with 250ml semi skimmed milk and gave it a good shake, I didn't add any sweetener and it was the perfect level of sweetness for me, the caramel is lovely and smelt gorgeous too, I found it really pleasant I enjoyed it very much.
