Matcha es un tipo especial de té verde en polvo, utilizado tradicionalmente en la ceremonia del té japonesa. Matcha es único entre otros tipos de té verde tanto en apariencia como en sabor. Tiene un color verde hermoso y vibrante, un aroma sutil y un rico sabor a umami.
¿Cuánta cafeína contiene el matcha?
Dependiendo del grado de matcha, un tazón de matcha contiene entre 80 y 120 mg de cafeína.
¿Cómo se prepara, frío o caliente?

¿Qué beneficio tiene respecto al café?
Una de las grandes diferencias entre el matcha y el café es la gran cantidad de antioxidantes que contiene cada ración de matcha (1 g). En concreto, cada dosis de matcha contiene 1384 ORAC (método para medir la capacidad de absorción de radicales de oxígeno), 53 veces más que las espinacas.
Una ración de matcha (1 g) contiene aproximadamente 35 mg de cafeína, lo mismo que un café expreso. Cuando bebes café, es probable que notes la alta energía generada por la cafeína y, después de aproximadamente 2 horas, una caída repentina, también llamada caída de cafeína. Matcha, además de contener cafeína, contiene L-Teanina, un aminoácido que provoca una liberación prolongada de cafeína, creando un estado de calma-alerta sin nerviosismo ni altibajos de energía.

I love ❤ the caramel matcha from Tenshi. The samples absolutely made us want more. Each sample so delicious, but caramel is my favourite at the moment. I got a big tin of it and my husband chose strawberry. The caramel is amazing as a latte with any milk you like. I have mine with sugar free oat milk (Alpro, but there are others!) I'd drink this all day if I could! Thank you Tenshi 💜
I look forward to this flavour mid afternoon which I mix with warm no sugar almond milk. It’s a delicious alternative to tea/coffee and I would highly recommend. Looking forward to the health benefits. I’m a new customer, I tried the sample kit 1st and this allowed me to decide the flavours I liked most. I have to say they were all lovely so I personally don’t think you can go wrong 😁

Having never tried matcha before, I decided to purchase the samples and I'm so glad I did! I thought, well if I don't like them I can give them to my granddaughter who enjoys it. I fell in love with the strawberry when I tried it cold - mmm!! However I also like it with hot milk. It makes me feel cosy inside. I also love the caramel and I put it on subscription but I think I will be adding the strawberry to the subscription. In addition, my granddaughter tried the vanilla and loved it so much that she purchased a tin and some sachets!

Caramel is by far my favourite! It's lovely and smooth, and just the right balance of flavour.
This is the first time I've ever had caramel matcha and I have to say, I really liked it. It was not overly sweet, which I can't tolerate, but you could still taste caramel. My only complaint, there is not a lot of matcha in the canister.
I wanted to start drinking matcha but I couldn’t bring my self to like the taste BUT tenshi has made that all change! The caramel is to die for!

Im in love with this matcha, I have been able to focus a lot longer without the anxiety getting to me. I always used to be on edge when drinking coffee but I needed the energy so I had to but now that I’ve found tenshi I’m never going back !
